Graham has over 20 years experience in marketing and advertising agencies in the Midlands and the North West.
Starting as a graphic designer Graham quickly moved to studio and production management and then to a strategic role as Account Director before returning to his design roots as Creative Director.
This breadth of experience enables Graham to offer an integrated approach to communication projects combining design, strategy and project management..
Graham has worked with clients from a wide range of markets: manufacturing to publishing, engineering to hotels, public sector to community projects.
Graham launched the marketing communications arm of Step Beyond five years ago and has loved every minute of it.

Penny has worked in research for over 20 years: as a client; as a senior manager in to large agencies and, for the last ten years, as Director of Step Beyond Market Research.
Running her own business has allowed her to put far more into every research project than was ever possible whilst working for others – the success of her clients is ultimately the most important priority. This has been reflected in the business growing almost entirely through referrals and repeat business, which must be the ultimate accolade.

Tim has worked in marketing for over 20 years, holding senior positions in a variety of industries.
Tim brings vast experience in identifying new markets and opportunities, new product launches, database marketing, competitor analysis and customer relationship management.
Tim has recently joined Step Beyond to strengthen its offer in marketing development and will provide a hands-on approach that will take clients from the initial development of a marketing strategy through to successful implementation of the marketing plan, providing clients with sustained increases in sales and improved profitability.
